Feature request: Preferred call type #901

Could you please add a new call type: Ask, when Sipdroid available. (otherwise 
phone)

If I use "Always ask" and the Sipdroid doesn't registered (e.g. no WLAN), the 
application displays only one item in the list: Phone call.
