Galaxys2 packet loss with Fast Dormancy #924

Hello,

Using either 2.2 or 2.2.2, maybe earlier ones I've not tested, I get quite a 
lot of packet loss making it unusable. It seems to happen when the screen goes 
off when the proximity sensor detects my ear. Disabling fast dormancy on the 
phone itself via *#*#9900#*#* seems to resolve the issue. I don't have this 
problem with csipsimple, however that doesn't seem to work with TCP.

Like I said, turning off fast dormancy on the phone resolves the issue but 
apparently might cause some more battery drain.

this is a galaxy s2, android 2.3.3, baseband  XKE4, Kernel XWKE7

still an issue with 2.3beta

fast dormancy with screen off causes disconnections and huge packet loss
