Incoming Call to Google Voice Trunk Cannot Do ## Transfer #947

This is actually a PBXes bug. 

Here is the scenario. A called B, B received the call over the Google Voice 
trunk. B did a "##" attended transfer to C. C answered the call. A hang up. C 
heard the beep. C could then hear A but A was still hearing the music on hold.
