Integration with Dialer


What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install SIPDroid
2. Install Viber / Skype
3. Dial from Phone / contacts

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When I dial from my phone either manually or via the contact list / log etc, I 
first get asked whether I want to place the call using Dialer, Skype, Viber 
(and some other VoIP apps depending on what you have installed), however, there 
is no such option as "SIPDroid" at this stage.  I here have to tap "Dialer" and 
I get another question, whether it should be a SIPDroid call, or a mobile call. 
Can SIPDroid be integrated like Skype or Viber? Why do I have to answer two 
questions instead of choosing dial method only once? This behaviour can be a 
bit annoying especially while driving. 

Besides, on my Xperia X10 Mini Pro the prompt whether I want to place a mobile 
call or SIPDroid call takes ages to appear.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?

SIPDroid 2.3 Beta

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
