"Application Not Installed" after attempted installation #959

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download latest apk
2. Click "install"
3. Read annoyingly meaningless message: "Application Not Installed"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: application installed
What I see: Application Not Installed

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
Latest version (2.3), on a Skytex Primer Pocket (no market, Android 2.2)

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
If only I could get this far.

Which type of network are you using?
WiFi

Please provide any additional information below.
