Paypal checkout url : cgi?bin instead of cgi-bin #12

Hi,

After installing this module via npm (v1.1.0), i noticed that the paypal production url is incorrect (cgi?bin instead of cgi-bin). After browsing this repo, i found that your already fixed it. Is it possible that you did not publish this change in npm ?
