Tab placement after creation of new project #6

To reproduce the problem:

  1. Reorder and/or hide tabs
  2. Create a new project

The tabs are still reordered/hidden, and not reset to default placement.

Should this be changed? Needs discussion.

Hidden tabs WILL be set visible in the current version, but the ordering is not set back to default.

Since the current behavior is working and it is not 100% sure if it should be changed, this is not a defect, but a potential enhancement. Thus I'm changing the type label.
