Angular compatibility with LTS versions

I have following suggestion regarding current Angular LTS versions support as long as current version depends on obsolete Angular v8:

Create branch v9, update dependencies to Angular v9 and release it under v1.9.* and support it until Aug 2021
Create branch v10, update dependencies to Angular v10 and release it under v1.10.* and support it until Dec 2021
Create branch v11, update dependencies to v11, release it under v1.11.* and support it until May 2022
When v12 comes out - do the same

I can take care on branching and releasing, just need a green light on this
