bullets and numbering is not applied to all the line contents when tried to copy and paste from somewhere

when i do the copy and paste from somewhere, the bullets and numbering are not applied to all the lines instead it s applied only in the first line.

For Example, current behaviour

• test2
• test3

It is <BR> tag, inside <LI> can be a few <br>
