Profile Creation - User Photo #2

Add functionality for the user to access their photo library and select a photo to upload and use as their profile pic.

This functionality is now part of the Profile View Controller. User can take a photo by allowing access to their camera or they can select a photo from their photo library. They can also "edit" their selected image by cropping which portion of the image they would like to display if the image is larger than the display box.
