Can tb-profiler collate include missing positions ? #284

Hi, is it possible to include missing positions for the collate function? I have tried collate --mark_missing, but the missing information is not added.

Sorry, I just noticed an asterisk (*) is added to the column of the drugs. I believe the asterisk is to indicate there are missing positions related to the drugs. I am closing this issue. Thank you.
