Hi @jodyphelan,

We were thinking that it would be good to have an option that ensures that only the WHO catalogue gets used for resistance calling.

Is this something that you think is relatively simple to implement on your end?

Hi @vrennie ,

Yes this is enabled, you can choose any branch from github.com/jodyphelan/tbdb to use with tb-profiler update_tbdb --branch [branch_name]. The who branch has only the WHO mutations.
