macEnv.yaml enviroinment called ntm-profiler #3

Hi,

When using the macEnv.yaml file to set up the profiler, the resulting environment is called ntm-profiler, not malaria-profiler. As ana side, the main readme under Input types also states "NTM-Profiler species prediciton..."
