Extend literature list with info from MTBseq #3

MTBseq has an extension list of drug resistance SNPs with literature supporting each entry listed. This list could be used to enrich the Literature column of TBDB.

I'm flagging this issue so that I can remember to get around to producing a PR to address it. :)

Dear @pvanheus and @jodyphelan , Is there any literature/citation that support the information of tbdb.csv?

Additionally, I merged the two db, to see differences (see below): DB_MTBseq_TBprofiler.xlsx

Hi @malare. The original library was described here. Mutations were added based on the analysis in this analysis and further refined here.

Unfortunarely we don't have citations for each individual variant however it could be merged in from other sources. Thanks for comparing the lists, do you know if there is a citation for each variant in MTBseq?

Thank you very much for the information. Unfortunately, I have no further information to the library of MTBseq. I just came across this comment on MTBseq.
