Dockerhub images #101

On Dockerhub, the last release available is some v2.7.0 (https://hub.docker.com/r/joeelliott/cert-exporter/tags) Is it normal the last releases were not published?

Although, there doesn't seem to be anything new in 3.0.1, aside from Helm / Grafana dashboad sample
