I hooked up a Dyson cool link fan I've had for a while a few months ago and everything has been working great. Today I purchased another fan and added it to my config file. It shows up in HomeKit but I am unable to do anything with it. It just says it's powered off (even when running) and errors on all the sensors. I'm unsure of what to troubleshoot as I set it up the same as the other fan I have.
I have double checked that my serial number and wifi password for the fan are correct.
