not able to sign in #133

I keep getting this error

[2/2/2021, 10:44:02 PM] [DysonPureCoolPlatform] Error while signing in. Status Code: 401 [2/2/2021, 10:44:02 PM] [DysonPureCoolPlatform] API could not be reached. Retry is disabled.

my IP/SN and user name and PW are correct so not sure why its not working
