How do you find the correct product number to add at the end of the serial number on the config file ? It keeps coming back with wrong serial number

So the serial number worked with a number from the online manual but it comes out with this output when running homebridge HAP Warning: Characteristic 000000AC-0000-1000-8000-0026BB765291 not in required or optional characteristics for service 000000B7-0000-1000-8000-0026BB765291. did you try to connect using your email account and password? or did you connect that using your device serial number and password?
