Username and Password are definitely correct as they work in both the app and website.

@w1ldthing might be an issue with the country code. I'm not sure what the correct one for the UK is. I've got mine set to "GB" and getting the same error as you.

@w1ldthing Just sorted it out! Config is case sensitive. I was using "serialnumbber" instead of "serialNumber".
