Hardcoded meta tags #11

Either hardcode the base HTML or don't, pick one.

Kinda fixed this in https://github.com/joe-sharp/joe-sharp.github.io/commit/1707805d2c2dc691dc0bccaf6d634cd618dc5b98

Doesn't seem to work properly though. (Including the original code I based it on, used for the page.title)
