Confused installation specification #66

Hello Thanks for contributing this project. I think that the installation steps and package versions are confused with mmdetection. I think that u should enumerate the exact installation steps and dependency package versions for your project. Of course, u forked mmdetection project. But I think that it is better that the exact specification for your project is enumerated in README. Thank you.

DetectoRS is officially supported by MMDetection, which has better supports in version and dependency control. Please see MMDetection for more details.
