Waiting_room_2 re-direct and loading time issue #170

In waiting_room2, once the initiator is pressing continue, all players are directed to the correct next page, which is POTENTIAL-RESULT as set here in the code...

This is true for all the players (which is good), all the players but the innitiator himself! He gets re-directed to SAFETY-RESULT

You can test that behaviour even in your brilliant test-mode, if you press continue, you'll end up in SAFETY-RESULT (which is wrong) ... arks.ch/testauth/

One curious behaviour, in arks.ch/testauth/, if you wait until the page is re-loading automatically, you'll land on POTENTIAL-RESULT which is good.

Speaking of loading-time, some players wait for half a minute, until they move on to potential-result, once the initiator presses continue. Same in waiting_room_1 and 3. What could be the ROOT-CAUSE of this delay?
