faq didn't work: different image and thumbnail folder #156

hello,

i have seperate image and thumbnail folders and would like to keep it that way,
the folder i'm using for images is './fotos/foto/', the folder for thumbnails 
is called './fotos/thumbs/' where '.' stands for the root of the site.
i'm playing the slideshow from the root of the site, including the .js's from 
'./jscripts'.

I copy/pasted the in faq stated solution, but this resulted in an error (when 
adapted the site to the situation as stated in this faq and when adapted the 
solution to my site's situation). 

the standard example (vertical thumbs) worked fine until trying to change the 
replace things and so.

Please help me to get the right settings for my site.
