Slideshow2 does not work in IE 9 except in compatability mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  When I downloaded the new IE, 9, the sideshow on the site I am developing 
stopped working.  
2.  In order for it to work it has to be in compatibility mode.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should have a slide show, instead I only see the first picture loaded.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
browser?
I am using Windows 7 and working on Firefox, Chrome, and IE.  The problem only 
exists on IE 9 though.

Please provide any additional information below.

Problem fixed for me.  I had a comma out of place. IE9 is apparently much more 
strict than 8.
