Loader and controller fixed on Chrome #239

I am using SlideShow 1.3.2 on Google Chrome Version 22.0.1229.79 m and while 
using Slideshow.Push, the controller does not auto hide nor does the loader gif.

It seems that the similar problem happenned in my browser, IE8, Chrome and 
FireFox.
