Thumbnails loading issue in IE9 #241

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Windows 7, IE9, load slideshow with thumbnails
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Thumbnails display on first load is small boxes or overlapping images; 
refreshing the page fixes the display.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
browser?
Latest version.  Only issue in IE9, Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
This has already been reported by others in google groups/forum, but no 
solution.
