Add Constructor and ToString overload to QDateTime that receive a timestamp pattern #629

Currently, there is a constructor that receives a string that must have a 
concrete format, and the ToString method always prints the date and time in the 
same way. It would be useful to be able to specify the order in which every 
part appears in the string.
