While uploading unlisted video it got uploaded as private #122

I am trying to upload video as unlisted but it got uploaded as private

you have fill a audit form to get your video uploaded as public. check this out . https://support.google.com/youtube/contact/yt_api_form

As of 28th July, Google now require (as @jaykishnk mentioned) an audit of your application before allowing public/unlisted status'.
