Same colors by provider in all of the graphs #1

Use the same color for a provider along all graphs. Currently this does not happens and creates some confusion and does not help to identity a specific one in a graph at first sight.

Some graphs had additional columns and changed the automatic colors assigned by gnuplot. Fixed by assigning manually a color by column.
