Make ftpii work "offline" #100

It would be nice to make ftpii work offline. Actually I don't have 
internet connection at home. Because of this I've never had the chance to 
test or see ftpii.

I don't know what you mean.

ftpii doesn't require an internet connection, but it does require a LAN 
connection -
either wireless using the Wii's built-in wireless card, or wired using a USB 
Ethernet
dongle.

FTP doesn't make much sense without a network - it's a protocol for transferring
files over a network...
