550 error #102

What version of ftpii are you using?
0.021 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load it from hbc, type ftp://192.168.1.x in exploere address,   connect 
to wii
2. go into sd or usb folder
3. create a new folder or copy something from pc to wii

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
read-write both 

Please provide any additional information below.

Did not specify passward for it. How to specify username and passwrd

Could you please clarify what you are asking, or what FTPii is doing wrong?
