Create a config file for ftpii and disble mount/read from dvd-rom (for
incompatibles chips)

This should be less of a problem in 0.0.19 where the hanging bug is (hopefully)
fixed, but I will hopefully implement this suggestion in a subsequent release.

No more problems with the hanging bug and v0.0.19...Thanks for accepted the

I would appreciate an option to ignore the DVD drive as it would solve the 
problem of hanging when a GC backup disc is in the Wii (Issue 84).
