I don't believe this is currently possible without a modified IOS, such as the
patched IOS21 included as IOS5 in the "Wii disc dumper v1.0".
It would be complicated (both technically and legally) to distribute something
like
this with ftpii.
Furthermore, Wiis without drive-chips can only read pressed DVDs, so the
utility of a
feature like this is somewhat limited.
I am not necessarily opposed to adding this functionality (indeed, DVD support
is
listed in the TODO list in README.txt), but don't hold your breath...

I think you might want to reconsider this.
Not important, but might be usefull.

Yes, I would like to add this functionality, especially now that libdi is
available.
I know Erant was working on some ISO9660 stuff, I've been trying to talk to him
about what kind of state it's in. If he is not going to continue working on it
I
might be able to pick it up...

This works now, as of 0.0.16: ISO9660, FST (filesystem on wii games) and WOD
(wii
optical disc images)

Supports gamecube disks?
If not could you consider the addition in future?
Thank you :)

The image functionality supports gamecube discs, but the FST functionality
doesn't.
This may be added in future...
