Is there a way I can change the port that ftpii uses?  Many ISP block port 21?

The FTP port used by FTPii does not need to be changed. The Wii does not 
connect to the internet while using FTPii, only to your local network.

Through port forwarding, FTPii can be used as a WAN FTP server, if merely given 
the ability to change the port.

I would greatly question anyone who thought using the Wii as a public server 
was a good idea. I posted on another issue here that if FTP was misconfigured 
it could lead to Wii filesystem data becoming corrupted and preventing use of 
the Wii at all.
