Add referrer parameter so 'View full calendar' link returns to previous calendar when available. #572

The 'View full calendar' only has awareness of the main calendar link. But it's a better user experience if it goes back to whatever calendar view was previously visible. Add parameter in calendar views that can track this.

In exploring, this is more complicated, and not clear cut. Messy URLs, mostly.
