Figure out how to handle Tribe event organizers at import #576

My Calendar uses existing users as hosts. The closest equivalent in Tribe is organizers, but they are a separate batch of data, stored in a custom post type and referenced via post meta. An event can have multiple organizers.

Need to figure out how and whether to support this equivalently.

Resolved in My Calendar Pro. Not imported in free, available in Pro. See https://github.com/joedolson/my-calendar-pro/issues/72
