Docs: add doc describing for use of featured images on receipt & tickets pages #46

One of the most commonly asked questions is how to change the logo on tickets or receipts.

It's actually quite simple. The tickets template and the receipts template are both based on Pages, and setting the featured image for those pages replaces the default logo.

For tickets, there's also a setting that will use the featured image from the event that the ticket is for as an alternative.
