Updating email on accounts page does not flash message. #3

The behaivor seems inconsistent. In the account section, when updating your email address, sometimes the success flash message appears and some times it does not.

Write a test that verifies updating name and email provide a flash message on success.

This now flashes a message after a user updates its email address.
