Sysinternals changed urls back.

This reverts commit 8b68d4958c283101e7624a20702686a982f4f357, reversing changes made to 0ae9e8a721a1b3a7ab0962118c7e93ae3f9dba86.

@bmolz Thanks. At the moment both URL's work fine. Just wait and see what happens next ;-)

@StefanScherer @bmolz What about moving away from SDelete in favor of a pure PowerShell alternative? At some point this will be a problem with Windows Nano, thanks @mwrock for pointing this out.

@sneal @mwrock Good fund! SDelete is probably 32bit only.

OK, http://download.sysinternals.com/files/sdelete.zip now returns 404, back to upper-case UrL. I'll merge this one to fix it for now and close #202.
