1.21 Release - Develop Merge into Master #95

Proposed 1.21 release. Created a build on virtualbox and tested RDP and rsync, both work just fine. Look good?

:+1: I've built 2008_r2 and 2012_r2 on virtualbox with the default configuration, works for me.

@dylanmei P.S. I think you have the tag for v1.20 sitting in your local repo and it needs to be pushed.

Got it -- hadn't seen any feature branches so I didn't assume you were using git-flow, but I didn't think to tag the version. Will definitely do that in the future.

You can certainly push feature branches - please feel free to do any long-running feature development in them.
