WithHeaderText localization #141

Hello there,

Realy nice library for Grid View, but is there some support for localization on .WithTextHeader? I am from Czech Republic and when I put "Číslo" into parameter, then the char "Č" is wrong interpretted.

Sorry for spam, it was already solved in issue Cyrilic problem.
