Add EFIS LS Button #34

Adding EFIS Landing System (LS) button to EFIS block.

The FBW Cockpit API lists Custom Lvar BTN_LS_1_FILTER_ACTIVE but states that it does not work at present.

Tested with 1.0.2. Hvar A320_eo_PFD_BTN_LS_1 is working. Lvar BTN_LS_1_FILTER_ACTIVE also working with Experimental.
