Corrupt data in VRi MCP2 SPD display #76

Using the VRi MCP2 (Boeing) the SPD display alternates between correct value and zero (000). Only affects VRi MCP users.

Problem caused by LINDA SyncBackSPD event function. Fixed in LINDA event.lua with check for Airbus flag (already set in A32NX InitVars()). Will be included in LINDA 4.1.3.
