BlockPacketCriticalHits blocks legit hits while holding space #141

I confirmed this with /afor. Just holding space and making critical hits (no need to spam) triggers the FP.

DEVELOPER NOTE TO SELF: Criticals needs improving generally (such as mini hop checking?)

Using KillAura and spamming Blocked hit due to pakcet criticals. with all my hits being blocked I wasn't able to trigger it (1.5 SafeHitDecrease & 8.0 Threshold). But after decreasing SafeHitDecrease to 1.0 I could trigger it with the same KillAura.
