Hi there - I have made a few tweaks as we discussed:
I have added some javascript that prevents repeat events firing for the tab and enter keys. This should help out with the repeated inputs of the tab key from the switch.
I have reorganized the calculator a bit: I have added a 'problem' line that populates with the numbers and operations and then instead of equals, I have added a button around the text "Answer:" - this way you can navigate to hear what the problem is, then tab once, hit enter and then hear the answer.
Chromevox didn't love reading the 'minus' sign in the problem, so I have added some aria labels to help out with that a bit. When the problem is evaluated, it just strips out those HTML tags, otherwise, it freaks out.
