Add Slot Filter #23

Adds the Slot filter, which allows you to "wrap" another inventory, but only allow a certain range of slots to be accessed, such as only slots 5-16, or 3-4, etc.

it faces away from the player, and the dynamic facing textures haven't been done yet.

ummm..it took me a minute to figure out what this does, but it is freaking awesome! I think people are going to love it.
