Using the cursor keys in the credit screen cause jumps in the scrolling #4

1. Go to the credits screen
2. Press up and down to force-advance the text

The text makes weird jumps when up is pressed, instead of a smooth upwards
scroll.

I believe this issue is due to a conflict when "Jump with Up" is selected in 
the keyboard settings.  I've tweaked the textscroller, so it should no longer 
be an issue as of revision 661acf506ee7.
