Target shoryuken *master* and use start/stop hook #3

We can target shoryuken master and use the start/stop hooks to fit into their daemon's lifecycle, rather than running our own daemon. This would supercede #1.

Master is now being targeted (> 0.0.5) but no start/stop hook integration support yet.
