Incomplete toggling of the first tab in each pane #6

I often, but not always, notice that when using theme-toggler, the first tab in each pane gets incompletely toggled -- the color of the gutter and the syntax highlighting colors don't change to the new theme, but everything else does. Is this something anyone else has observed? (OSX 10.11.5)

Maybe it's not a bug with the plugin, but with Atom itself?

It could be the plugin for sure. What version of Atom?

I just upgraded to 1.9.8 and I'm not seeing what you are referencing. Can you screenshot what you are seeing?

It's hard to reproduce consistently.

I believe I have seen that before, but I haven't been able to reproduce lately. I will keep this open as I know the issue exists. Thanks!
