Add button to cycle panel position #4

Cycle between showing the panel on the left, right, bottom, and as a modal.

Could you also add (at least at the level of configuration) an option to make the whole panel be modal so that it does not narrow the actual editor and "float" over it? This will make it work on narrow screens (mobile phones). If you managed to implement the modal mode for the panel, please also provide option to set it's maximum width. Thank you.
